Job Description:- Assist in the provision of legal and corporate affairs matters for the Company.
Prepare and assist in the drafting, analysing, preparing and reviewing various commercial agreements including but not limited to standard and non-standard commercial contracts with customers, suppliers and partners.- Monitor and maintain legal database and secure filing system for all company legal documents, contracts, property titles, intellectual property applications, and related documents for this organization.
Conduct necessary legal research to keep abreast of applicable laws and regulations.
- Support company in developing and maintaining company policies and processes on legal matters.
Able to cooperate and assist external lawyer and company in litigation, arbitration, mediation or other disputes with courts, government agencies, or other legal authorities.- Assist HR Department in any Industrial Relations (IR) issues to ensure compliance with employment laws.
Any other duties and assignments as assigned by the superior or Management.
Possess a
Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and qualified to practice law with minimum
7 years of related experience.
- Special Skilled Required:
Good understanding with legal aspects of corporate and commercial matters.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of Malaysian laws and regulation.
Experience with reviewing, drafting and negotiating contract terms.- Strong written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills.
Positive, self-motivated, high integrity, and team player oriented.
- Possess outstanding self-drive capabilities and can work under minimum supervision.
