  • Job Description:
  • Virtual Client Meetings:
Participate in virtual meetings alongside the Business Development Department during B2B dealership negotiations.
  • Contribute legal expertise and guidance to discussions, ensuring legal considerations are addressed.
  • 2.Conflict Resolution:
Manage and resolve disputes and conflicts between clients and the company.
  • Provide legal expertise to find fair and equitable resolutions, minimizing legal and financial risks.
  • 3. Legal Document Drafting and Review:
Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including dealership contracts, agreements, and notices.
  • Ensure that all legal documents are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • 4. Legal Guidance to Other Departments:
Provide legal guidance and advice to other departments within the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance in various business activities.
  • Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Law.
  • Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate law or commercial transactions. Experience in negotiations and conflict resolution is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of business law, contracts, and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate legal documents effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
Ability to communicate in Chinese is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to assess legal risks and propose effective solutions.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams. Comfortable contributing to virtual meetings and negotiations.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Quick decision-making skills while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
