Job Responsibilities:_
To update and prepare status reports.
To review and amend agreements (including tenancy and service agreements).
To participate in various types of negotiations requiring legal input (where applicable).
To coordinate and liaise with external lawyers.
To support legal team on any task given.
To support and keep abreast with the latest laws and regulations impacting the business of the group.
To ensure legal policies of the company are practiced by the departments.
To undertake any other ad-hoc duties and assignment as and when required.

Job Requirements:_
Bachelor in Law (LL.B) with Honours.
Experience is a plus, but not required.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
Proven experience in liaising with authorities/regulatory bodies.
Independent worker with strong negotiation skills.
Results-oriented with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; a team player.
To undertake any other ad-hoc duties and assignment as and when required.
