Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive legal support to companys Business in SEA, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand
Collaborate with regional leaders and stakeholders, ensuring legal
support aligns with business goals and risk control.
Offer hands-on legal support in various practice areas, including negotiating, drafting, and reviewing commercial agreements, and leading corporate transactions.
Advise on legal considerations for key business activities and initiatives in SEA.
Develop legal best practices for SEA, collaborating with business within the region.
Implement corporate compliance policies and provide training to company's employees in SEA.
Manage litigation and arbitration, working with external counsel for cost-effective solutions.
Job Requirements
Law degree from a prestigious institution.
Minimum 10 years of corporate and commercial legal experience, including expertise in corporate transactions.
Ability to present complex legal scenarios in an accessible manner.
Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on achieving business objectives.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, diverse team environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in English drafting; second Asian language is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
