Quarterly KPI Incentive up to RM 10k
Provide legal guidance across various business functions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of commercial contracts.
Assist in M&A and other corporate transactions.- Evaluate and facilitate the selection of overseas lawyers for contracts, addressing legal issues during execution.
Manage legal affairs for the company, offering consultations and solutions to legal inquiries, ensuring lawful and compliant business operations.
- Communicate with partnering law firms and local government entities, providing guidance for compliant operations.
Minimum 1 years PQE and be called to the Bar.
- Work experience in law firm
Regional and M&A exposure.Flexible to accommodate unconventional business travel schedules.
