Requirements:-
- 3 - 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, including legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transactional documents, and commercial contracts
- Strong working knowledge of contract law and familiarity with providing legal and regulatory advice related to laws and regulations affecting major sectors of the Malaysian economy
- Experience in various areas of corporate commercial/ real estate transactional work, including land transactions or general conveyancing, is an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards
- Proactive, able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills
