Job Description:-- Assist HOD and Legal Manager in their day to day work - filing, photostating, taking messages, courier of documents, booking of meeting rooms & coordinating for refreshments and meals during legal training programmers.
Processing all incoming invoices and payments due to external lawyers, runners, local authorities- Preparing letters and emails to solicitors and various other parties to forward documents and follow-up on files
Prepare power point slides for legal depts briefings
- Attend at commissioner for oaths and notary public (on case to case basis);
Assist in ad hoc cases at sales administration and office administration depts.- Any other related matters handled by HOD and manager.
Minimum of 2 years experience in similar capacity or in a legal firm- Ability to handle administrative tasks with minimal typo errors
Good communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal & communication) - Mandarin will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
