Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the lease administration process, including lease negotiations, renewals, terminations, and amendments, Ensure all lease documents are accurately executed and filed.
Ensure compliance with all lease agreements, mall policies, and legal requirements, Prepare and deliver regular reports on lease statuses, expirations, financial obligations, and other key metrics.- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding lease-related matters. Address tenant concerns, and maintain positive tenant relationships to ensure high retention rates.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and collection of lease-related payments. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting related to leasing activities.
- Monitor market trends and perform competitive analysis to inform leasing strategies and pricing. Identify opportunities for lease optimisation and revenue growth.
Lead, mentor, and develop the lease administration team. Ensure staff are well-trained, efficient, and aligned with company goals and policies.- Work closely with other departments, including property management, marketing, and legal, to ensure a cohesive approach to mall management and tenant engagement.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.- Proven experience in lease administration or property management, preferably in a retail or mall setting.
Strong understanding of commercial real estate and leasing principles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in lease management software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to analyse financial date and market trends to make informed decisions.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in Mandarin Speaking
