Job Summary
- Leading the learning solutioning team and support solutionist.
- This position is responsible for the range of training and development program activities to meet the needs of existing clients and prospects.
- Understand the client's industry and business to be able to create and propose a training solution.
- Engage with stakeholders to review learning opportunities and assess training and development needs.
- Conduct training or learning needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities on learning.
- To design and develop e-learning curriculum curation.
- Design and develop plans for e-learning solutions to improve workplace performance.
- Work with subject matter experts on designing training content and delivery.
- Identify technologies to support learning solutions.
- Determine the correct learning delivery mode to support learning goals.
- Carry out strategies to manage learner development with learning solutions.
- Curate learning content based on the inputs shared by the stakeholders.
- Ensure that the content and courses remain current and relevant for business needs.
- Plan and execute rollout of programs, including timelines, target audience, and location.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Business/Administration, Marketing, Human Resources / Learning & Development or equivalent.
