Job Description

Key Accountability

Responsible for identifying training needs, designing and implementing effective learning programs, and managing projects to ensure timely delivery. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing vendor relationships, and using technology to enhance learning experiences, while also evaluating program effectiveness and leading a team to drive continuous improvement and organizational growth.

Job Summary

  • Leading the learning solutioning team and support solutionist.
  • This position is responsible for the range of training and development program activities to meet the needs of existing clients and prospects.
  • Understand the client's industry and business to be able to create and propose a training solution.
  • Engage with stakeholders to review learning opportunities and assess training and development needs.
  • Conduct training or learning needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities on learning.
  • To design and develop e-learning curriculum curation.
  • Design and develop plans for e-learning solutions to improve workplace performance.
  • Work with subject matter experts on designing training content and delivery.
  • Identify technologies to support learning solutions.
  • Determine the correct learning delivery mode to support learning goals.
  • Carry out strategies to manage learner development with learning solutions.
  • Curate learning content based on the inputs shared by the stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the content and courses remain current and relevant for business needs.
  • Plan and execute rollout of programs, including timelines, target audience, and location.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.

Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree in Business/Administration, Marketing, Human Resources / Learning & Development or equivalent.
