As Learning Senior Executive / Assistant Manager.
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs for all levels of employees, ensuring alignment with department / organizational goal and employee development needs
- Design and manage leadership development to support talent growth and succession planning
- Facilitate learning method, including e-learning, on-job-training, seminar, workshop and ensuring content is relevant and engaging
- Measure training and learning effectiveness through assessment and feedback to continuously improve programs and initiatives
- Conduct training and learning needs assessment to identify skills gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions
- Proactively arrange, coordinate and following up on required tasks
- Oversee administration, including scheduling, reporting, maintaining records and funds utilization for training and learning programs
- Creative input and constructive feedback to foster cultural of continuous learning & development
Academic Qualification(s):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,Education, Learning and Development, Business Management, Organizational Development and Psychology or additional certifications Train the Trainer, Professional in Learning and Program, Talent Development would be highly advantageous
Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):
- Strong understanding of course details that matching learning requirements and objectives
- Excellent communication skills for handling internal and external correspondence
- Ability to proactively manage and follow up training and learning related task
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa, Mandarin is an added advantage
