Job Description

  • Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Learning & Development Consultant with expertise in consultative selling, business development, and marketing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal and external clients to understand their unique training needs and design tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. The ability to create quick promotional materials using tools like Canva and other AI solutions, will be an advantage. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully closing deals, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional learning experiences against short and long term business targets.
  • Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market needs assessments and analysis to identify client learning and development requirements.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and solutions that address client challenges and align with organizational goals.
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to design innovative and effective learning programs.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of consulting projects, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
Utilize consultative selling techniques to build rapport, influence decision-making, and drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Create and customize promotional materials, such as brochures, presentations, and social media content, using tools like Canva.
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote learning solutions and increase brand visibility.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance service offerings.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and business development goals on a consistent basis.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Learning & Development Consultant, Training Manager, or similar role.
Strong background in consultative selling, with a demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Experience in marketing and creating promotional materials using tools like Canva.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
Solid understanding of learning methodologies, instructional design principles, and adult learning theory.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools, like HRDC eTRIS.
  • Certifications in learning and development (e.g., HRDC TTT) are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,
  • 00 - RM6,000.00 per month
