Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Learning & Development Executive with additional responsibilities in proposal designing, report generation, and cold calling for business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our learning programs, creating visually appealing proposals, and contributing to the growth of our organization through effective business development strategies.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Learning & Development:
Design and implement effective learning and development programs to meet organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create engaging content.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvements.
  • Proposal Designing:
Utilize tools such as Canva to create visually appealing and professional proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and create compelling proposal content.
Ensure proposals align with organizational branding and messaging.
  • Report Generation:
Compile and analyze data to generate insightful reports on learning and development initiatives.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a system for tracking and reporting key performance indicators.
  • Business Development:
Conduct cold calling activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
  • Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the field of L&D is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too. (On-the-job training provided).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools, especially Canva, for proposal creation.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate meaningful reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in cold calling and business development activities is a plus.
  • Attributes:

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
