Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Learning & Development Executive with additional responsibilities in proposal designing, report generation, and cold calling for business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our learning programs, creating visually appealing proposals, and contributing to the growth of our organization through effective business development strategies.
Design and implement effective learning and development programs to meet organizational goals.- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create engaging content.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvements.
Utilize tools such as Canva to create visually appealing and professional proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and create compelling proposal content.
Ensure proposals align with organizational branding and messaging.
Compile and analyze data to generate insightful reports on learning and development initiatives.- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a system for tracking and reporting key performance indicators.
Conduct cold calling activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field.- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the field of L&D is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too. (On-the-job training provided).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, especially Canva, for proposal creation.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate meaningful reports.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in cold calling and business development activities is a plus.
Creative and detail-oriented with a keen eye for design.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.- Results-driven with a focus on achieving business development targets.
