You will play an important role in: planning, executing, and coordinating various training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to fit with the business needs. This role involves managing both internal and external training, preparing necessary documentation, and maintaining training records.
Core Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute induction training programs for head office (HO) and cinema employees
- Design, implement, and update On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs for HO staff
- Manage external training registration, communicate with stakeholders, and coordinate logistics
- Coordinate training registrations, logistical arrangements, and HRDC grant applications.
- Update training records and assign courses to employees through the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Perform administrative duties, including the creation of purchase orders
- Prepare monthly updates for HR meetings, including slides and supporting documents
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development role
- Certified Trainer - Train-The-Trainer Certification by HRDF
- Experienced in conducting other relevant customer service, F&B and retail training
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Good communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Able to start immediately and based at Damansara Jaya SS22
