Responsibilities:- Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including e-learning and coaching
Conduct needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps and develop targeted training solutions.- Create engaging and effective training materials using a variety of instructional methods (e.g., e-learning, workshops, seminars, webinars).
Manage all aspects of training program logistics, from scheduling sessions to booking venues and coordinating set-up.
- Oversee training registration processes and ensure a smooth experience for participants.
Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) & Talent Management System (TMS), including user management, content uploads- Collaborate with team to define the product vision and strategy. Identify market opportunities and set clear product goals.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product development decisions.
- Generate and evaluate new product ideas. Develop detailed product concepts and specifications that meet market requirements.
Lead cross-functional teams through the product development process, including design, social media, LMS, and TMS. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.- Oversee the creation of prototypes and work closely with L&D teams and design teams to refine product concepts.
Manage product testing and validation to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of product development processes, specifications, and project status.
