Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in L&D Tasks: Support various Learning & Development activities and administrative duties.
Provide Administrative Support: Manage expenses, schedule and organize L&D meetings/events, and set up training facilities.
  • Research for L&D: Assist in researching relevant information needed for L&D initiatives.
Maintain Filing System: Develop and maintain a filing system for L&D materials and set up training facilities.
  • Manage L&D Calendar: Maintain a master calendar of all L&D-related conferences, training sessions, events, and holidays.
Monitor Training Supplies: Keep track of training supplies and reorder when necessary.
  • Administer L&D Software: Assist in administering the companys Learning Management System and other L&D software platforms.
Support Executive Assistant: Aid the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director in all L&D-related tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Fresh Graduate
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,
  • 00 per month
