Responsibilities:- Responsible for training all existing & new outlet staff in all areas of food service responsibilities.
Provide guidance and training to baristas in planning of all outlet operations with the goal of providing customers excellent quality products and superior customer service.- To provide Customer Service Training to all managers and baristas.
To deliver high standards of training to meet the desired outcome.
- To implement, organize, conduct and evaluate on job training for baristas.
To undertake any projects or activities to support the development and enhancement of new and existing training program.- Assist in identifying the training needs and measure effectiveness training through post evaluation
Monitor and ensure all training materials and standards are updated.
- To ensure outlets are following the Standard Operating Procedures, to maintain product quality, and the customer services comply to the brand's requirements.
To ensure the training centre is upkeep well at all times.- To be fully prepared before training program commence.
To work closely with all other departments related to training.
- Plan and oversee audits of the outlet operations as per schedule
Performs other ad-hoc related duties as assigned by the management.
- Requirements and qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in related field or equivalent.- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Training Officer or similar Training role.
Excellent knowledge of various training functions & development etc.
- Good understanding of F&B industry especially coffee industry.
Proficient in MS Office / Excel & Power Point.- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solver, Strong ethical standards.
Additional Trainer education and certification will be a plus.

Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM2,800.00 per month
