Job Description:- Collaborate closely with the L&D team to enhance work relationships, build morale, and boost productivity.
Assist in organizing orientation and training sessions, including preparing training materials, managing pre-training arrangements, setting up classrooms, and conducting follow-up evaluations.- Design visually engaging graphics and materials using Canva, such as social media posts, flyers, and short videos.
Perform any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Bachelors or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Proficient in MS Office Suite or equivalent software.
Must have own transportation as light travel may be required
