Job Description
- Provide strategic design direction and vision, ensuring alignment with product and business goals.
- Manage design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct user research initiatives to gather user insights and validate design decisions.
- Create compelling design concepts and prototypes that address user needs.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate design concepts and ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and visually.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends and best practices.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Designer/Creative role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering design projects.
- Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud CC & Figma.
- Video editing skills are a plus.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and design thinking.
- Experience with user research methodologies a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
