Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Java Backend Developer at Collabera Digital in Kuala Lumpur. The Lead Java Backend Developer will be responsible for software development, microservices architecture, programming, and utilizing the Spring Framework and Java on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years in Java backend development.
Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and domain-driven microservices.
Proficient in RDBMS (e.g., Postgres), NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Skilled in Agile, CI/CD, secure coding (OWASP), and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong communication, teamwork, and experience with event-driven architectures.
