Role description
We are seeking a talented and innovative Software Research and Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, combined with a passion for research, innovation, and working on new technologies. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for exploring emerging technologies, conducting research, and developing innovative solutions for GenAI & Blockchain that push the boundaries of what's possible in software development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop cutting-edge software solutions that address complex challenges and deliver tangible value to our clients in GenAI area.
Prototype and experiment with new ideas, technologies, and methodologies to push the boundaries of innovation in software development.
Develop compelling narratives and storytelling around our innovative solutions, effectively communicating the value proposition to internal stakeholders, clients, and external audiences.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in software development languages like Python & Data Analytics, with a strong understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and development methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to conduct research, analyze data, and synthesize findings into actionable insights into LLM.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for exploring new ideas and pushing the boundaries of innovation in GenAI & Blockchain technologies.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Experience with agile development practices and working in cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and software development.
