We are currently seeking a Lead Generation Specialist with a minimum of 2+ years of experience to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing potential clients, helping our organization achieve its growth goals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand target audiences and ideal client profiles.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including email marketing, social media outreach, and content marketing.
- Identify and research potential leads and prospects through various channels and databases.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure a smooth handover to the sales team.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients and leads.
- Track and analyze lead generation campaigns to measure their effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and lead generation best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in lead generation or a related role.
- Proficiency in lead generation tools and software, including CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for lead outreach and relationship-building.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
- Knowledge of B2B lead generation strategies is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in lead generation tools, CRM systems, and data analysis.
