Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the job market context of SEA. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, and will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
As an Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by generating quality leads and setting appointments for our Sales Team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the Sales Team.
- Utilizing various business tools and resources to identify new businesses within specified countries that are not already in our system.
- Building and nurturing prospect relationships through effective communication and follow-up strategies to advance opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Managing data for new and prospective clients, ensuring accuracy in communication logs and document attachments.
- Sourcing leads from diverse channels including online and offline platforms, referrals, personal contacts, and affiliations.
- Profiling prospective leads and categorizing them based on the business model and industry relevance.
- Ability to keep records of the assigned leads and their status, with clarity to the assigned sales manager that he/she is working with
- Have a general understanding of cloud and data technology supplemented with our client's unique selling proposition is a plus but not a required
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or similar roles, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of technology products and services, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to potential clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in utilizing various business tools and software for lead generation and customer relationship management.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
This role will be a hybrid working arrangement (both from office and from home) so you are required to have your own laptop and internet connection.
