About the Role

Accountable for designing, producing, co-ordinating, delivering and improving GBS Framework activities. This role will report to the Manager Governance in GBS Integrated Operations.

Designing, producing, coordinating, delivering and improving GBS Frameworks, and coaching wider GBS teams on uplifting capability and enhancing adoption and maturity of frameworks. Specifically (but not limited to):
Leading the establishment and development of robust and comprehensive E2E GBS Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) covering all GBS services in scope and considering locations. Establishing key triggers for initiating BCP, including communication of decisions, key milestones for BCP activation and similar steps for ending BCP phase mitigating risk for the business.
Leading BCP response for the Commercial Function by ensuring commercial EMT/IMT is supported and trained.
Ensuring that BCPs are tested at set frequency to validate correctness and completeness of documentation and familiarity of teams on BCP activities.
Leading the establishment, development and delivery of robust and comprehensive Controlled Documents Framework driving the standards and quality across the controlled document suite.
Leading the establishment, development, and delivery of robust and comprehensive Cyber, Data Quality and Data Privacy standards and processes driving the quality to mitigate risk to GBS.
Leading the establishment, development, and delivery of robust and comprehensive Positive Assurance Testing Framework, including driving automation of testing with maximised control and control population coverage.
Establishing KPIs, tracking, and monitoring of framework embedment and maturity through testing and improvement based on learnings and testing performed.
Leads team of Governance Framework specialist/s focused on supporting above key activities, and Control Testing Specialists responsible for performing positive assurance testing of GBS controls.
Identifying, engaging, and managing a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders as part of delivering the above key activities.
Applies an understanding of the business context, BHP operating model and ways of working to enhance decision making, productivity and value chain performance.
About You

5-8 years experience in Risk, Controls, and business resilience management
Experience in large multinational companies environment
Experience leading people
