Job Description
- Lead Laravel Development projects from inception to delivery, thriving in fast-paced environments and meeting tight deadlines while consistently delivering high-quality results.
- Engage in and lead technical discussions on business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of up to 5 Laravel developers, including conducting code reviews, promoting best practices, and making architectural decisions.
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications, modules, and components.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, collaborating with Backend Teams to provide innovative solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to web projects, including architecture diagrams, coding standards, and system configurations.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Laravel Development, suggesting and implementing improvements to enhance the development process and product quality.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Web Development (front-end/full-stack), with a preference for Laravel Framework.
- Proficient in PHP (especially Laravel), MySQL, CSS3, and Javascript.
- Familiarity with UI libraries such as Bootstrap or Tailwind, as well as responsive web design principles.
- Knowledge of SEO principles.
- Demonstrated experience in developing websites or web applications with medium to high traffic.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams, offering mentorship, and guiding developers in web development projects.
