Train and supervise barista staff, providing guidance on brewing techniques, customer service, and caf procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf, including equipment, workstations, and dining areas.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff members.
Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks.
Stay updated on industry trends and new coffee products, sharing knowledge with staff and making recommendations for menu updates. able to introduce new menu monthly.
Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
Properly handle and maintain all equipment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
To achieve monthly sales target.
Barista certification or training is a plus.
Being an award winner in barista competitions or receiving recognition for exceptional coffee-making skills is a plus.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista
Ability to read and speak English proficiently
