Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll take the lead in connecting with potential customers via phone, showcasing our outstanding products/services, and employing your persuasive communication skills to ignite sales success. You'll be the driving force behind our sales endeavors, initiating conversations with potential customers, highlighting our impressive array of offerings, and leveraging your communication finesse to achieve thriving sales results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in order to introduce our products/services and generate sales opportunities.
  • Utilize persuasive communication skills to engage prospects, address their inquiries, and handle objections effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales leads in the company's CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to purchase.
  • Stay informed about the latest product/service features and updates to provide customers with relevant information.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's offerings to address customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance selling techniques and product knowledge.
  • Contribute to team meetings and share insights to improve campaign performance.

  • Minimum SPM
  • Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in an outbound campaign setting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to convert prospects into customers.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude during sales interactions.
  • Good time management skills to prioritize tasks and maximize productivity.
