Job Description

Job Responsibility

Pre

  • Involved in tendering process (pre & post-tender) including sourcing for sub-contractors & suppliers
  • Responsible for cost calculation, project costing accordingly to BQ
  • Liaise with Suppliers (Local & Oversea) & Subcontractor
  • Liaise with Project & Design Team on all material purchase related matters

Post

  • Liaise with Project & Design Team on all BQ related works
  • Handle material delivery schedules
  • Check and verify invoices from suppliers
  • Check and verify claims from sub-contractors
  • Verify interim claim and variation order (VO)

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Good in Mathematic Calculation
  • Good in Price Negotiation
  • Able to support on Ad-Hoc Basis
  • Experience in Solar Energy Industry will be an added advantage
