Responsibilities: -- To liaise with a range of other teams working on the project, helping it to stay on track.
Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, and reports of legal descriptions of surveys.- Verifying data and calculations.
Recording results of surveys.
- Calculating the measurements of sites.
Writing descriptions of property boundaries.- Researching legal documents, survey records, and land titles to clarify information about property boundaries
Checks discrepancies between Approved Architect, Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor drawings.
- Co-ordinate with site supervisor and subcontractor on structural and architectural matters.
Liaises with Consultant Engineer/Subcontractors/Nominated Subcontract on technical matters.- Attending site meetings and coordinating site activities.
Counter-checks alignment and levels, setting out.
- Ensure temporary reference points are set out.
Any other tasks as assigned by the head or superior or management from time to time.- Able to work with minimum supervision.
Assists surveyors in drafting and preparing drawings including engineering and pre-computational.
- Involves in checking, survey data processing, calculating, plan drafting and editing drawings.
To liaise with clients, surveyors, consultants and related government authorities.
Certificate/ Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying/Engineering/Management related field.- Minimum 5 years of working experience in highrise buildings.
High computer literacy & proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & AutoCAD).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and computer science skills.
Good numeracy skills and the ability to make mathematical calculations. A keen eye for detail.
Able to relocate. Site at Penang & Kelantan.
