Purpose of the Job:
To perform lab assignments to support R&D projects.
Main Accountabilities:
To conduct lab polymerization batch according to the manufacturing instructions independently.
Recording and reporting of lab polymerization data.
To carry out lab tests as when required. Maintain and upkeep workplace/ raw materials orderliness. Strictly comply to AIC and Lab Safetys requirements at any point of time. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of lab polymerization process and lab safety. To provide training and guidance to new lab employee or trainee.
Expected Deliverable:
Ensure all lab polymerization process is strictly executed in accordance to process instruction.
Other Responsibilities:
- To ensure proper and safe handling, storage and disposal of chemicals used in the laboratory.
- To be part of AIC ERT team.
- To carry basic maintanance or troubleshooting for dosing pumps.
- To perform any other task as equired for R&D functions relevant or AIC site activity.
