LAB - QAQC TECHNICIAN / ASSISTANT Reporting to the Chemist/Manager on daily research progress and performance which related to material or project.
Carry out simple daily routine testing job to ensure the testing sample is within the spec.
Compound, mold (hand dipping gloves) and test on the new formulated formulation and its application.
Draft simple report related to project progress or new chemical testing.
Compiling test data into laboratory database system accurately.
Responsible to prepare and maintain the retained samples.
Receive and/or collect samples.
Prepare samples for external testing, customer, custom etc.
Maintain inventory record of chemicals, apparatus, consumable etc.
Implement laboratory waste disposal.
Responsible to calibration, usage and maintenance of laboratory instruments/equipment.
Ensure laboratory cleanliness and tidy. Responsible to overall housekeeping laboratory.
Any other jobs that may arise.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work with minimum supervision. Independent and also a team player.
Able to multi-task, work under pressure and perform within tight deadlines.
High commitment, responsible, energetic, passionate, enjoy working in the laboratory environment.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Higher/Professional with Chemistry or Science related background or its equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
