La Senza - Sales Associates/ Senior Sales Associates (Queensbay & Sumway Carnival) - Penang

FJ Benjamin exclusively retails and distributes fashion retail brands! We are looking for sales associate for the brand, La Senza.

• RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promote the sales of merchandise and offer quality customer service under all circumstances in a professional manner

Recognize sale opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to capitalize on upselling of items or services at the point of service

Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive sales

Be able to look for innovative ways to improve customer experience

Understand customers needs and latest industry news and trends

Ensure the Brands image is portrayed positively at all times

Assist in general cleaning, price tagging, coding, storage and display of merchandise

• REQUIREMENTS:

Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or Brand Promoter will be advantageous

Experienced or knowledgeable in female innerwear and lingerie field will be highly advantageous.

Sales-driven and result-oriented person

Possess the passion for customer service and a flair for fashion

Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills to communicate with all levels of customers and staff.
