L2 Support Engineer – Forgerock

8-10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementation

Experience in implementing secure and efficient access management solutions specially in Forgerock.

Experience with SAML, OAuth, Active Directory Services, SSO, IAM tools

Support IAM systems, including Authentication and Authorization mechanisms

Collaborate with information security teams to ensure alignment with organizational security policies

Perform in-depth analysis of complex system problems, identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions

Perform L2 support and troubleshooting; Lead and coordinate with interfacing system teams

Experience in supporting & migration of HSM will be added advantage

Experience in Unix, Database like MariaDB, MySQL, MSSQL

Required familiaity with CICD process, monitoring tool Like App Dynamices, ELK etc

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
