- Participate in building, maintaining, and monitoring continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to support rapid software delivery for the development team.
Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to support and improve the software delivery lifecycle, resolving issues and enhancing collaboration.- Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions using tools to ensure system health and performance.
Analyze system performance and implement tuning and optimization techniques to ensure high availability and scalability of applications hosted on Cloud.
- Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest cloud services, features, and best practices to leverage new capabilities and improve existing solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years in IT support or a similar role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment is advantage.- Familiar with banking applications like Core banking, payments, treasure, fraud/compliance, parameter management is advantage.
Hands-on experience as DevOps engineer Cloud and Infrastructure Proficiency, Automation and CI/CD, Monitoring, Security, and Compliance, Performance Optimization and Collaboration and Continuous Improvement is advantage.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT Service Management (ITSM) workflows.
Able to work independently, strong work commitment, trustworthy, good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
