L1 IT helpdesk support users.

24X7 Support window.

Minimum contract period 12 Months.

Preferred delivery location will be Kualalumpur, Malaysia.

Total open positions 1-2.

Delivery timeline-Immediate.

Should have good hands on knowledge in technical part

Should have good hands on knowledge in ticketing resolution

Should have good hands on knowledge in customer support.

Should have hands on exp to support customer
