Monday to Friday Degree Graduate
Good understanding of KYC Process & Anti Money Laundering with proficiency in various entity types and ability to analyze complex ownership structures.
Supporting & interacting with engaged teams to understand the team needs & provide solutions.
Experience in reviewing adverse Media screening results and concluding screening outcomes.
Discounting of screening hits with internal documentation and external research.
Ability to analyze PEPs, Sanctions screening result and escalate as per Banks policies.
Document management, metadata tagging, Naming conventions
Handling level 1 escalation and provide solution for closure of open points
Timely escalation of issues to Managers & client escalation points to address process risks.
Experience in performing independent quality control reviews of KYC & Screening files and managing RCA, calibration calls.
Provide key inputs on quality related requirements to SME/KYC makers and Training team.
Hand on experience in performing screening on various applications such as FACTIVA, LexisNexis, Fircosoft, RDC, World Check, Google screening.
Identify areas of improvement and implement adequate measures to maximize client satisfaction level.
More than 3 years of experience in Banking domain with 3-5+ yrs. of KYC, Screening related experience & minimum 1 yr. in Quality related functions.
Graduation /Post Graduation.
Relevant experience in work allocation, preparation of MIS and various reports as per requirements.
Experience on AML / KYC tools screening and negative news identification platforms or tools.
