Job Scope: - 3-5++years experience in KYC CDD/reviewing the qualification and information of international merchants account onboarding (SEA market).
Conduct thorough reviews of incoming international merchants onboarding cases in alignment with KYC policies.- Verify documentation by examining customer-provided KYC/KYB documents using validation tools and reliable sources.
Request necessary CDD documentation for a comprehensive onboarding process .
- Follow up on pending CDD requests within stipulated SLAs.
Review appeals of suspected risks accounts.- Ensure high service levels in addressing queries and escalate when needed.
Malaysian only with a recognized Degree (compulsory)- At least 2 years of KYC/CDD experience in banking/financial industry (compulsory)
Resourceful and meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
