Job Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Secure business from new customers and penetrate potential business.
Hit the sales quota set and align with company objectives.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Handle overseas branches or agents enquiries.
Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing customers.
Negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Prepare sales report.
Other duties assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
Minimum a diploma or equivalent in any field.
At least 1 year of working experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Airlines and Logistics Industry.
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
A self-motivated, fast learner and result oriented person with passion for sales.
Strong freight forwarding knowledge with marketing and negotiation skills.
Computer literate with good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
