KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the hi-tech and semiconductor industries.
Understand client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Monitor and manage the performance of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and growth opportunities to senior management.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or hi-tech industry.
Strong understanding of the hi-tech and semiconductor sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
