Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across multiple industries such as F&B, Travel, Lifestyle, Parenthood, etc., and keep a meticulous running record.
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and media+ through regular communication and networking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful execution of KOL campaigns.
Negotiating contracts and agreements with KOLs to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with campaign goals.
  • Making informed and data-driven decisions when selecting the right KOLs for campaigns.
Staying updated on industry trends, rising KOLs, and new social media platforms.
  • Writing meticulous and data-backed reports upon completion of campaigns.
Being an effective communicator between clients, agencies, and KOLs to ensure the smooth delivery of messages takes place.
  • Requirements:
Excellent in Written and Spoken Language: English and Malay (added value if you can speak or write in Mandarin).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in KOL Marketing.
Proven experience in KOL collaborations, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to turn influencers into brand advocates.
  • Able to work effectively on a tight timeline (for urgent campaigns) and ability to achieve tight deadlines
Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and digital marketing trends.
  • Quick to learn, flexible, and innovative.
A team player who can seamlessly collaborate with diverse talents to bring campaigns from concept to reality.
  • Familiarity with the latest tools and platforms, turning your tech-savvy skills into campaign magic.
