Must be able to work in both kitchen and service. Everyone starts at the entry level to understand and learn everything from preparing ingredients in the kitchen to preparing poke bowl and cashiering at the front of house.
- Work at front of house greeting customers, understanding customers needs and provide recommendations.
Prepare poke bowl as per order and ensure food preparation is on par with guidelines and SOP.
- Perform all tasks required in the kitchen and have a strong understanding of food sanitation guidelines.
Maintain shop and kitchen cleanliness- Handling dine in, takeaway and delivery order
