Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
-Manage the daily operations of the food stall, including setting up, maintaining, and cleaning cooking equipment.
-Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
-Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
-Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent service.
-Adapt and modify recipes to accommodate customer preferences and dietary requirements.
-Work efficiently to meet customer demand, especially during peak hours.
Requirements:
-Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
-Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
