Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Knowledge of food health, hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Willing to learn and improve skills.
  • Food Inventory stock takes.
  • Ability to check daily Mise-En-Place.

Job Requirements

  • Proven commercial kitchen experience, at least 1 year and above.
  • Able to Read & Speak in English/Mandarin.
  • Listen instructions from the Superior & Management.
  • Possesses own transportation.
