Job Description

Job Responsibility

Cook and assemble dishes following established recipes and standards.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area, including workstations, equipment, and utensils.
Assist in inventory management, including stock-taking and replenishing supplies.
Follow food safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Support in receiving and storing kitchen deliveries properly.
Maintain proper portion control and ensure consistent food quality.
Ensure timely preparation and serving of dishes during service hours.
Handle food waste disposal appropriately and minimize wastage.

Job Requirements

Minimum education is primary school
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations is advantages
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
