Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring adequacy of supplies at the outlet.
  • Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation.
  • Keep the area of the kitchen safe and sanitary.
  • Manage stock take and ordering supplies for station.
  • Improve food preparation methods based on feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma of culinary or Pastry Art.
  • Minimum 2 years and above of working experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Management skill on staff working process
  • Able to follow Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)
  • Basic Culinary and Pastry Skill
