Summary
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent service to the guests. The Kitchen Apprentice - Butchery is responsible for assisting in the central kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the hotel's culinary operations, and following the hotel's standards and financial goals.
Qualifications
Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Culinary Education.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and good communication and teamwork skills.
