Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that focus on social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development and Chinese language acquisition for students.
Provide a safe and nurturing environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and discovery, with an emphasis on fostering an early interest in the Chinese language and culture.
Use positive discipline techniques to promote good behavior and respect among children.
Observe and assess childrens behavior, development, and learning, and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
Work closely with parents, guardians, and other teachers to support each childs individual needs and interests.
Maintain accurate records of each childs progress, including attendance, development, and milestones.
Participate in parent-teacher conferences and other meetings to discuss childrens progress and development.
Keep the classroom clean, organized, and well-stocked with appropriate supplies and materials.
Attend professional development workshops and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest research, techniques, and trends in early childhood education
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Relevant experience working with toddlers, preferably in a preschool or childcare setting.
Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
Ability to create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and other teachers.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.
Basic computer skills for maintaining records and documentation.
