Kids Coach

Kamileon Fitness is a boutique fitness company based in Kuala Lumpur. Established in 2021, we currently operate 2 studios in Bukit Damansara and Sri Hartamas and are now expanding to our 3rd location, Kamileon X, in the heart of KL. Covering over 11000 sq ft, we have dedicated studios for classes such as HIIT, Zumba, Yoga, Indoor Cycling and Pilates. As part of a new range of unique group classes led by qualified and professional trainers and focused on high-intensity training for all levels.

• The facility will include a children's gymnastics, parkour and soft play area that will put fun,education and play at the centre of children's development withcertified and qualified instructors.

• Kamileon X will have a comfortable lounge with a caf serving refreshing treats and beverages to our guests.

Kids Gym Coaches are responsible for the care and well-being of the children of our members and guests during their stay ,the coaches are responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and general upkeep of the childcare area. Coaches must adhere to internal policy and procedures to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our Kids Gym

• ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Create a friendly, professional, and positive first impression on our members, their guests, and the general public through a professional and friendly demeanor including telephone skills, dress, and personal grooming.

- Greet and check in the children of members and guests of the clubs, ensuring proper procedures are followed to maintain safety and control of the check-in and out process.

- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facility areas to ensure the over-all safety of the children entrusted to our care.

• REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

- Create a friendly, professional, and positive first impression on our members, their guests, and the general public through a professional and friendly demeanor including telephone skills, dress, and personal grooming.

- Greet and check in the children of members and guests of the clubs, ensuring proper procedures are followed to maintain safety and control of the check-in and out process.

- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the kids areas to ensure the over-all safety of the children.

- Comfort the children of our members psychologically and physically through play, and other techniques to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for the children while they are in our care.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision.

- First Aid or CPR certified

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, and email)

• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in childcare and child development, physical education and / or gymnastics .

Customer service experience

Patient and caring attitude.

Able to work flexible shift .

Job Types: Part-time, Fresh graduate
