Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and helping others We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Service Representatives for Mandarin Speaker. As the face of our company, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding experience to our valued customers.



Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM leaver.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin or English (Spoken) with minimum RM2800 Basic Salary
  • Must be of Malaysian nationality.
  • Training provided - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
  • Each shift consists of 9 working hours and includes of 1-hour lunch for rest.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.



Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
