Keep in close contact with key customers
- Help key customers develop service plans
Project schedule and budget- Allocation of manpower required for the project
Communicate with participating units
- Monitoring project progress to ensure completion of projects within target time and budget
Establish sales analysis reports- Find potential customers and drive the companys business
Diploma / Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, especially in Mandarin.
At least 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, experienced in manufacturing is advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
