Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Account Management, to manage portfolio of existing customers, make telephone calls regular timely cycle and to secure new business (serving corporate clients, relationship building, cross selling/upselling products and services)
Understand customer's objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes and form long term business relationships in order to leverage revenue from the relationship and promote our company as a quality supplier
  • Negotiate price and volume discounts in accordance to our policy and liaise with support staff to ensure customer retention and continued business.
Identify and gain new business through a sustained program of cold calling and follow up on referrals/leads
  • Problem solving: Customer complaints, responding and satisfying client sales and post sales requirements.
  • Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Sales & Marketing, or any relevant fields
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and above
Preferred skill(s): Call Center background, Customer Service, CRM module in logistics fields, sales and account management experience
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills
  • Result driven and works well with KPI
Comfortable working with different modes of communication for liaison work (Primarily Phone)
  • Willing to work at Bangsar South

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM4,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Required)

  • Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
key account management: 1 year (Preferred)
customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
